REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
RETURNING THE ORDER :
In case you are not happy with the quality of the product, you can always return it to us. We follow a 7-day-return policy which is not applicable on ACCESSORIES and PRODUCTS ON SALE (Special Price Products).
- You must preserve the original tags and bills as provided
- However, this is applicable only if the product is not used and is in its original package. If we feel that the product is used and looks unlike its original packaging, we may not accept it.

We will fill in the details to you about the address at which the package is to be sent back. You will have to send it back to us at your own expense. Note :Only if the garment is of improper fit or quality, then it will be exchanged. If the product is damaged when received , it will be taken back.
CANCELLING THE ORDER :
You can cancel your order only if it has not been dispatched from our outlet. For this you will have to call us at +91-9845391825
REFUND METHOD :
In case you qualify for a refund, your money will be added to your Lilsparklz.com customer account in the form of credit points which can be used when you place the next order with us.
Note : It may take 8-10 working days after we receive the product for the refund to be credited to your account.
